About the Tartan 34 Classics Association

"The Tartan 34 is a coherent blend of past experience and innovation. She features a high aspect rig with a high ballast/displacement ratio. Indeed, her weight distribution, adapted from the Twelves, puts as much required equipment and weight as close to the center of balance as possible."

The Tartan Classics Association is a group of owners committed to taking an active role in promoting and preserving Sparkman & Stephens designed Tartan Classic 34 coastal cruisers. Focusing exclusively on the 525 Tartan 34 Classic yachts built between 1968 and 1978, it seeks to maintain these high quality S&S designed yachts.

Building on the initial success of the T34C Owner Group and the active involvement of its owner base, the TCA has now launched a new website.
